What happens?

You'll be met at the door and welcomed in. No-one is put on the spot or told to do or say anything they feel uncomfortable with. In some parts of the meeting we are invited simply to listen, such as when the Bible is read out loud and explained. In other parts of the meeting we are invited to sing. We encourage people only to sing things that they themselves believe. We don't want to put words into people's mouths! There are also prayers led by someone from the front and often we are invited to say 'Amen' if we agree with what has been prayed.

Do I have to be a Christian to come to church? No. We love having people of any religion or none at our meetings. We try to make each meeting useful and accessible for someone who isn't a Christian as well as those who are.

What if I arrive late? We always start the meetings on time (11am or 6.30pm), but don't worry if you are late. Someone will help you find a seat.

What should I wear? There is no dress code. Wear what you normally do.

Do I need to bring any money? No. Regular members do give money to the church, but newcomers and those who are not Christians do not need to give anything - we don't take a collection. Any refreshments that may be offered after the meetings are also free.

Can I bring my children? Yes, we love having children with us. And don't worry if they're noisy. Your children can stay with you or join the Sunday Club which is specially for them. The Sunday Club takes place during the second part of the meeting.

Come and join us for a relaxed afternoon programme every other Tuesday @ 2.30pm.

Tea and Biscuits served at the end of the afternoon.

Each week we gather from 7pm - 8.30pm for Bible Study and Prayer.

On the first Wednesday of the month we focus on missionary work.
